My laser didn't originally come with a flow sensor installed. I'd like to add one but I don't know where to get one... LightObject has a few, but they output square wave pulses corresponding to the flow. I just want an on/off switch signal to add to the lid sensor loop.

They have one that's a simple pressure switch as well, but I like the type that actually indicate flow, not just pressure. Any tips?

Edit: I found this guy on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Sensor-Switch-Con ... AZDOWP300U

but it has some wonky BSP threads. Anyone know how to seal those? Can I just use some PTFE tape or does it need a washer or something?

Edit number 2: I think the above is actually a flow *meter* not *switch* so I decided to roll the dice on this one:

I also found some 3/4" BSP to 12mm hose adapters. I'm running 1/2" hoses so they should work OK assuming I get the hose clamps nice and tight. I'll let you guys know if it works out.
